Shoppy allows users to upload images of fashion items and view visually similar products or related social-media content.

• You may upload only images you have rights to share.
• You agree not to upload explicit, infringing, or unlawful content.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials (if applicable).

4. License to Use Uploaded Content

By uploading an image, you grant Shoppy a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and analyze that image solely for providing visual-search services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Intellectual Property

All AI models, code, and visual-search systems are the property of Gifty AI, LLC. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the app or its results.

6. Disclaimers

Shoppy results are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or completeness.

Shoppy does not sell any products directly; external links may lead to third-party sites not affiliated with us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Shoppy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
